From Chateau l'Ermitage in the Costieres de Nimes comes this juicy Roussanne, Grenache Blanc and Viognier blend. The smell of fresh white fruits including peaches, pears, litchis and white flowers’ conjers up two words: Spring and summer! Grapes are picked up early in the morning to preserve their fruity aroma. All the harvest is destalked before being weakly pressed. Cooling of the harvest on reception of the grapes. The must is cooled to 6°C to clarify it naturally. The vinification is made at low temperature (16°C) then, the wine is aged on thin lees to accentuate the aroma of the Roussanne and the Grenache grapes. Enjoy this vibrant white on its own, with sushi or a crisp salad from the garden! 13% abv.
