This vintage sparkler is made from 70% Chardonnay, 15% Poulsard and 15% Pinot Noir. Like the finest bubblies of Champagne, it is a pretty pale color, with light green reflections, and offers very beautiful fine bubbles that climb slowly with an enticing persistence. It deserves center stage for holiday parties and gatherings of all types.
