Fresh and juicy, with good definition to the crushed red fruit flavors, most notably plum, cherry and raspberry. The crisp finish is quite spicy. Drink now through 2013. (8/ 2010)
Aging for nine months in French oak sets this Greek red aside from the pack. It features a complex, bouquet of leather and spices (vanilla, pepper, clove), with hints of ripe blackberry. Full mouth, rounded tannins, balanced acidity and wood tones. Long aftertaste with intense quince aroma. A must for leg of lamb with rosemary.
