Incredible wine! While I don't follow a lot "Best of" lists, I have to admit I was very happy to find a little producer from the Languedoc on the 100 best from W.S. This wines is lush, soft with a definitely core of red fruit, loads of pepper, but well framed by structure. All of that and a creamy, vanilin finish.

Great peppery spice nose, rich strawberry cherry fruit. little bitter on shortish finish, but this wine has very nice character. 89
