Cabernet Sauvignon 5%, Agiorgitiko 95% Fermented in stainless steel vats. Short maceration, full malolactic fermentation, and short ageing over fine lees. Ripeness and freshness, medium body and low tannins. 30% carbonic maceration (Beaujolais style with whole grapes), 70% classic vinification with short skin contact 3-4 days, pneumatic presses, and finally malolactic fermentation.
