Aged 5 years in oak casks in Guyana and Barbados, and then shipped to Spain for an additional 3 years in sherry cask, this is as smooth and soft as rum gets. The entry is filled with the sugar cane flavors, but the mid-palate and finish are loaded with rich vanilla and caramel.
