An everyday Chardonnay, above and beyond all, should refresh. That is exactly what this well made Chilean Chard achieves. With just a two month stint in oak barrels, there is hardly any perceptible oaky quality to take away from the freshness of the wine. This Chardonnay shows bright, appley fruit, with enough fleshiness in texture and weight on the palate to make it much more serious than just any run of the mill inexpensive Chard. A terrific, cheerful value well worth loading up on.
