The second largest brewery in Jupille. The largest and only other being Inbev. From the French-speaking Wallonian region in Belgium, we bring you the unique creations of hobby brewer Jose Poncin, whose La Botteresse line of beers have us giddy with delight. Monsieur Poncin has a flair for the experimental. And as such, he's a bit more industrious in his occasional use of non-traditional ingredients than are many of the other brewers in Belgium. The Blond is insanely likeable, with spicy, citrusy aromas of sweet fruit, a sparkling, vibrant mouthfeel and a finish that is sweet and crisp with notes of citrus, herbs and butterscotch. Yum. 7.5% abv
