From the newly created D.O. of Valles de Benavente in the Castilla y Leon region, this delicious rosé is made from 100% prieto picudo grapes. It has all of the intense, sweet strawberry and cherry fruits of a garnacha based rosé, without feeling too heavy on the palate. Refreshing and meant to be drunk well chilled in vast quantities, with chorizo, cheeses, pimientos de padron, fried potatoes, and any other tapa you can conjure up.
