It would be difficult to imagine a more magic carpet or garden of flavors than that which emerges here, shimmering with mineral inflections as well. Here is a wonderful example of the lift as well as (a word Boillot, too uses for this site) the 'tension' of which Bienvenues...is capable. The subtly interactive yet ultimately seemingly indelible cling of mineral, floral, and fruit elements here is ravishing and the combination of textural tenderness with lift and refreshment a handsome tribute to the vintage.
