Gone are the days when Passover celebrants must choose between sickeningly sweet Mogan David and sickeningly sweeter Manischewitz. There is now a wealth of wines, in every style imaginable that are Kosker for Passover and delicious to boot. This Sauvignon Blanc is but one example. Produced using grapes harvested in New Zealand's famous Marlborough district. The long, cool growing season and clay loam soils have contributed incredible citrus fruit flavors and a crisp texture to this wine. Try it with Gefilte fish!
Below is a listing of the wine review scores we frequently reference in our notes. While these sources remain an excellent source of information, we always recommend that you trust your own palate. Scores in these publications often represent the personal taste of an individual critic, which may not always coincide with your own.
