This brown ale is aged in used French oak Pinot Noir barrels from local Sonoma wineries. Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus, Pediococcus and sour cherries are added to each barrel to create this funky sour ale. 7.0%ABV / 1.064 O.G / 27 BUs.
