This wine is very concentrated and comes from one of the most famous Grand Cru vineyards of Alsace. The site's gravelly soils with rich deposits of magnesium give the wine elegance, finesse and freshness. Well balanced but still on the BIG end of scale, this 2006 displays aromas of rose, acacia and exotic fruits. It is best served with poultry, fish or fruit-based desserts.
