HelloCello Limoncello di Sonoma is an outstanding organic limoncello produced in nearby Sonoma. It is produced in a boutique micro-distillery using small batches and a hand-crafted organic process. They use only local organic ingredients from small farmers in Northern California. They learned how to make great limoncello by traveling to the Amalfi Coast in Italy and researching how to make the best possible spirit, but decided to use grape-distilled brandy as the base rather than grain neutral spirit. The result is a local California version that sings of refreshing lemon zest and just the right touch of sweetness, with a softer level of alcohol. Serve ice cold for an amazing aperitif!
