Clear Creek Cranberry Liqueur 750ml (Ships as 1.5L)

SKU #1050734

Just in time for the holiday season, legendary Oregon fruit distiller Steve McCarthy brings you his best liqueur yet: Clear Creek Cranberry. I have been anxiously and impatiently awaiting this elixir since I got the chance to sample it at the distillery four months ago. This is not the sugary-sweet, syrupy substance you probably are expecting. This cranberry liqueur captures the pure tart and tangy essence of the berry itself, with just enough sweetness to balance it out. It's juicy, supple, and incredibly addicting. It's going to blow you away and it's going to make the end of every meal you'll have from this point on better. You can sip it straight out of a glass, pour it on ice cream or desserts, make the best Cosmo you've ever imagined, add it to soda water, or even serve it with turkey at Thanksgiving. The possibilities are endless. My fiancee has steadfastly called it "the best thing she has ever tasted with alcohol in it." Every staff member who has sampled it instantly decided that they needed to buy one for themselves, their mother, their sister, and their aunt. Even Usha, our internet tech expert who doesn't even drink alcohol, sampled it and wanted to buy it then and there! No joke, I had to instantly order 6 more cases just so we had enough for every staff member at every store. It's honestly that good. (David Driscoll, K&L)

Clear Creek Cranberry Liquor is my favorite Thanksgiving side dish. It also goes well with prosecco or cava the following morning.

Perfect for holiday cocktails. Having tofurky and cranberry sauce for dinner? How about a cocktail with Cranberry Liqueur? Clear Creek Distillery is one of the best in the country. This is dark red, slightly sweet and has that awesome cranberry tartness. Heck, you could even try it over your ice cream.

McCarthy's is known world wide for being one of America's finest craft distillery. His forte is fruit based liqueurs and he's been able to successfully compete with French producers with significantly more capital and about 200 hundred more years of experience. The Cranberry liqueur proves that Steve is also one of the most innovative producers of liqueurs around. His skill and commitment to quality is truly on show here, as he develops a perfectly balanced and incredibly complex liqueur from these angry little cranberries.

United States

- When people consider domestic wine, they normally think about the state of California. The fine viticultural Region within California, including the Napa Valley, Sonoma, Santa Cruz Mountains, Mendocino and Santa Barbara, are capable of growing grapes of world-class quality. But there's plenty of fabulous wine coming from other states, too. Oregon, Washington and New York are also causing eyebrows (and glassware) to be raised around the world. Sub-Region:

Oregon

- Highly touted for its Pinot Noirs, Oregon is part of the up-and-coming winemaking industry in the Pacific Northwest of the United States. Most of Oregon is directly affected by the climate coming off of the Pacific Ocean, giving it mild winters and wet summers. This makes it a difficult place to ripen grapes, but some say that the harder grapes have to struggle, the more complex they will turn out to be. Chardonnay and Pinot Gris are two important and successful grapes grown in Oregon.
