In 1978, John and Shawn Guilliams arrived in the Napa Valley and began plans for their Spring Mountain vineyard. They planted 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, and 10% Cabernet Franc. The winery produces about 1,000 cases. The 2005 is a bright forward wine with Red berry fruit, spice and eucalyptus notes. In the mouth, the red and black fruit are nicely balanced with supple tannins and plenty of acidity. Another great wine from The Guilliam Family
