(8/09) The 2007 Licia shows the benefit of an extra year in bottle for good albariņo; ripe red apple aromas lead to a mouthful of rich, round, yellow stone fruit, some tell tale albariņo smoky granite tinged minerality, and a hint of salinity on the finish which is amazingly fresh and invites you to take another sip, or, more likely, a gulp.
