2008 Ameztoi "Rubentis" Rosé Getariako Txakolina

SKU #1049355

Txakoli rosé is here! Frankly, I'm really surprised that there was enough of this cult wine to go around. If you're interested about this, I'd act sooner rather than later as it's sure to sell out very, very quickly. Truly an exciting, wild rosé drinking experience.

What a rare and tremendously fun summertime rose! Light and delicate, with low alcohol and just a touch of fruity fizz, this is my go to wine for anything salty and rich, expecially if it comes from Basque country! Fried sardines (fries with eyes!) brandade on crostini..even vietnamese imperial rolls! I recently shared a bottle with friends at the Slanted Door. They loved it!

WOW and...WHOA. That's my tasting note. Like your rosé bone dry and very slightly fizzy? Believe it or not this wine is allocated, and we only get a tiny amount, so get some before it runs out
