2007 Quattro Mani Montepulciano d'Abruzzo

SKU #1049115

Quattro Mani, or "four hands" Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is an outstanding value. I believe that the Montepulciano grape is poised for greatness in Italy. It is an extraordinarily versatile grape, can produce prodigious quantities of good quality wine and when grown with the idea of making a higher quality wine it shows its extraordinary complexity. The 4 Hands is bursting with spicy fruit, supple, soft yet balanced and vividly flavored. An outstanding wine for everyday! (Greg St.Clair K&L's Italian buyer)

This is a tremendous deal, like it has always been! This wine offers a substantial value. This wine has a deep, dark nose with a diffuse earthy note. Medium full on the palate with soft sizable tannins this is a wine ready to take on anything from a hearty Bolognese to braised shortribs. This will help keep you warm through out the oncoming Autumn.
