This is a combined effort, a meet that brings together two traditional styles of Northern European beer. One is the reddish brown beer of the region of Roeselare Kortrijk Oudenaarde and the other is the Lambic style from Pajottenland near Brussels. Bottle conditioned and meant for sipping with serious food, this is a summery beer with a distinct flavor that only true connoisseurs will appreciate. Proudly bitter, and very addictive!
