Hailed as the winemaking wizard of the Rhone, Jean-Luc Colombo has achieved a high profile reputation for innovative wines that are original and bursting with personality. This white Rhone is a perfect example, with Viognier offering elegance and aromatic complexity, while the Roussanne brings structure to the wine. Exotic flavors of magno and apricot are expertly rounded out by a fine acidity. A wine to enjoy just slightly chilled in order to permit the aromas of peaches and honey to fully develop. Enjoy a glass by itself, or pair with fish, shellfish, pasta in cream based sauces or poultry dishes. 70% Viognier 30% Roussanne. 13.5% abv.
