The experience will include the Brouillis (first distillation) and the Bonnechauffe (fresh eau-de-vie), Pierre Ferrand's exceptional line of Grand Champagne Cognac, as well as some very rare and single vintage bottlings. We'll be pouring: Pierre Ferrand Ambre - 10 year old (91 points Beverage Tasting Institute), Pierre Ferrand Reserve - 20 year old (94 points Veverage Tasting Institute), Pierre Ferrand Reserve des Dieux (Cigare blend) - 25 year old (Rated Best Cognac in 1999), Pierre Ferrand Selection des Anges - 30 year old (95 points Beverage Tasting Institute), Pierre Ferrand Abel - 45 year old (97 points Beverage Tasting Institute), Pierre Ferrand Collection Privee Vintage 1972 - cask strength (98 points Beverage Tasting Institute and only 60 bottles for California), Pierre Ferrand Ancestrale - 70 year old (99 points Beverage Tasting Institute), Pierre Ferrand Collection Privee Vintage 1914 (No kidding, this is a $1500 bottle). Plus samples from the distillation process (the Broullis and Bonnechauffe).
