It's hard to imagine a cult-quality pink wine, what with the backlash created by White Zinfandel and all, but the Robert Sinskey Vin Gris of Pinot Noir is it. The wine is made with 100% Estate Grown Pinot fruit, which also means it is organic and biodynamically certified in the traditional saignee style. Bright strawberry, lemongrass and jasmine aromas give way to a refreshing palate with watermelon rind, cucumber and herbs. Its bracing acidity makes it the perfect complement to sushi, fried oysters and summer salads. Get yours before it's gone.
Below is a listing of the wine review scores we frequently reference in our notes. While these sources remain an excellent source of information, we always recommend that you trust your own palate. Scores in these publications often represent the personal taste of an individual critic, which may not always coincide with your own.
