This is a modern interpretation of Retsina. Made from the Roditis base wine that is used in Notios White, a small amount of pine resin is allowed to pass through the wine to give it that familiar, yet subtle resonated character. A clean and refreshing zip of mint and eucalyptus explode from the glass which would be absolutely fantastic with a frito misto or even exotic dishes such as curried white fish. Definitely not a wine for everyone but this is one of the nicest Retsinas that I have had.
