93 points from Robert Parker: "In a very difficult vintage for Zinfandel, proprietor Jack Bittner has fashioned a brilliant effort that reminded me of a French Rhone with its meaty, peppery, berry character. Full-bodied, spicy, and impeccably well-made, this is a stunning effort. Bravo! Drink it over the next few years." (12/08) Winemaker Jack Bittner also works over at Cliff Lede. He only made 10 barrels of this wine and K&L is fortunate enough to have lined up a fair amount of stock to offer you, though it's not bound to last once word gets out.
