This ice wine comes from naturally frozen Vidal grapes (a hybrid of Ugni Bland and another hybrid called Seibel) from select Niagara vineyards. Its tropical bouquet is dominated by scents of pineapple and mango. The palate is pleasantly tangy and very rich, layered and long. Very limited production. Usually sells for more than twice the price!
