Schloss Schönborn is one of Germany's largest and oldest estates and can be traced back to the times of the crusades in 1349. The estate is still family owned today. This off dry Riesling is wonderfully balanced, with equall degrees of ripe citrus and tropical fruits along with bright acidiy and a tight core of minerals. Delicious now with hard cheeses, smoked fish and on its own, it will develop in bottle over the near term.
