Having a BIG party soon? Christmas, New Year? This wine maybe the one you’re looking for! This is a seriously enjoyable sparkler with great fruit, crisp acidity and lively bubbles. The Antech “Emotion” is produced using Methode Traditionelle with 15 month lees contact adding a richness surpassing this wines price point. Can’t go wrong with this one, the ultimate crowd pleaser in it’s class!

Limoux in Southern France is an area where very good, well priced sparkling wine is produced form local grapes. This is a great bottle of bubbly with some Chenin Blanc and Mauzac blended in with the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir to add richness. This is robust and floral with cherry and strawberry flavors that stay elegant and crisp.

La Maison Antech is located in the Languedoc and is comprised of Chardonnay, Chennin Blanc, Pinot Noir and the very interesting indigenous grape Mauzac. I really enjoy this wine with spicy Thai food or quite simply on its own. Make this your holiday season sipper and see this new years in through rose tinted glasses.

A lovely rose; dry and crisp on its own ,and inexpensive enough to use in a ton of champagne cocktails muddled strawberries with a splash of St. Germain Elderflower liquor and filled to the top with Emotion.

There can never be enough bubbles in my life and these bubbles certainly make a nice addition. Bright, clean, elegant with racy acidity that lends itself to food perfectly. This bottle with some kettle chips or sushi makes for a very pleasant evening indeed.

I usually like to drink sparkling wine for Thanksgiving, and this Cremant Rosé from Antech will be my choice this year. I love its delicate color and its aromas of wild strawberries and raspberries. Completely Brut, and will pair beautifully with the turkey and cranberry sauce. In addition to turkey it will also be nice as an aperitif or even after the dinner with the cherry pie (my favorite).

This is my favorite French Sparkling Rose because of its racy acidity, clean and crisp mouth-feel, and soft supple fruit that shines through. So refreshing and elegant you'll want a second and third glass pronto!

This, my friends, is a great summertime sparkler! It went perfectly with a grilled salmon salad. (I alsoadded a little to my "Champagne" vinaigrette.) This will be my go-to sparkler for the rest of the summer.

Bargain bubbles! A really nice bottle of sparkling wine that is elegant and crisp. Fresh raspberry and Bing cherry flavors with a touch of cream. I used it as an apertif with finger foods and it went over so well that I could have used a second bottle!
Top Value!

When you hear that the folks in Limoux believe themselves to be the creative force behind the "methode champagnois," one wonders how they could get away with such outrageous claims. Tasting something like this brings their argument some serious credibility. A beautiful light salmon color, and a very light mousse, this wine pours just like a rosé Champagne for a quarter of the price. Attractively packaged, a more elegant sparkling rosé for this price does not exist.

This sparkling dry rosé from Domaine Antech has been my favorite wine as of late. It makes a delightful accompaniment to Chinese food, sushi or potato chips! Composed of Chenin Blanc, Mauzac and Pinot Noir, the Antech Emotion is a great alternative to many higher-priced Champagnes of lesser quality.

Clear, day bright, salmon in color...Nose of strawberry, lees, slight toastyness, and a stemmy green note that I cannot identify with 100% certainty...

A bit of strawberry confirms the nose on the palate, but the biggest flavor is cherry, also some lemongrass, and a hint of what I want to call eucalyputs...small sparce bubbles show slightly too much acidity, but not enough to make this wine altogether unpleasant...

finish is fairly straightforward...cherry/berry flavor and a pleasant minerality...

to be fair, I will admit that I was comming off a bit of a cold when I tasted this wine, so my tastebuds may have been a bit off, but I still did enjoy this wine, and will definitely consider it in the future when I'm looking for an inexpensive sparkling wine...pound for pound, this wine is a great value...
