According to Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Deep red. Black raspberry and nutty oak on the nose. Ripe but not fat, with sound acidity giving this a juicy, penetrating character. A firm, solid, minerally wine with building tannins and good length." (May/June 07) And, according to Wine Spectator: "Plum and spice aromas follow through to a full body, with tea and fruit character and chewy tannins. Needs time. Best after 2011." (06/08)
