There's lots of grapey character, with blackberry and hints of smoky oak. Full-bodied, with lovely soft tannins and a long, caressing finish. Best after 2011. (3/ 2008)
An attractive, reasonably priced offering, the 2005 Senejac exhibits subtle aromas of roasted herbs interwoven with scents of cedar, fruitcake, black currants, and cherries. Medium-bodied and slightly tannic, it will provide savory drinking over the next 10-12 years. (4/ 2008)
Bright full ruby. Aromas of crushed cherry and raspberry. Supple but quite classically dry, even a bit peppery. Distinctly old-fashioned wine, finishing with slightly tough tannins but good persistence. (6/ 2006)
˝* Nice flavor and a great value! Has sweetness on palate. (Clyde Beffa, K&L Bordeaux buyer)
