This blend of Pinot and Chardonnay from the Loire Valley is a little smoother, rounder and fruitier than Champagne, but sells for a fraction of the price. Fresh, pure and 100% organic, this is an elegant alternative to higher priced bubbly.

I love the combination of leesey minerality and toasted, creamy, nutty flavors on the nose of this sparkler - it's got one foot in Champagne and the other in a bowl of buttered popcorn (which, by the way, is an excellent combo in real life - Champagne and popcorn). The palate sings with tangy lemon and green apple fruit flavors, with a long mineral-driven finish. A top-notch sparkler.

Good, good, good, good sparkling wine. Had this at Jeff Vierra's house and thought it was delicious. I asked him what this delicious thing was and, lo and behold, it was the Tessier Cremant that we currently have in the store. This wine is golden and round with wonderful stone fruit flavors and a clean, soft finish. Lucky me that it wasn't some rare bottle from his cellar, but rather an affordable product of which we have copious amounts! Buy, buy, buy! Holiday parties here I come!
