90-92 points Robert Parker. 88-91 points Stephen Tanzer's International Wine Cellar: "Crushed blueberry, menthol and spices on the nose. Densely packed for the year and quite unevolved, with good mineral lift to the dark berry flavors. Dominated by its cabernet franc, but the merlot here seems nicely structured in the context of the year. Finishes with raspberry and chocolate flavors and harmonious tannins." (May/June '08) According to Wine Spectator: "Pretty milk chocolate, earth, mushroom and berry on the nose. Medium- to full-bodied, with good fruit, fine tannins and a fresh finish. Slightly hollow midpalate. Drinkable now, but will develop complexity with bottle age. Best after 2012." (03/10) K&L's notes - At the property the wine was more reserved on the nose. Opens up with airing. Great palate impression. 55% merlot, 35% cab sauvignon, 10% cab franc. At UGC the wine was reserved on nose and sweet on palate. Please note - 2007 Bordeaux futures are not in stock, but will arrive between Jan 2010 and Dec 2010. We will contact you for shipping instructions.
