In the Quechuas Indian language, Caitec means "firelight," and this ripe though varietally corrent Pinot Noir will most certainly light a fire on your palate! Aromas of flowers, stewed plum and berries combine with Asain five spice for an intriguing whiff. In the mouth the wine is savory and deep, with more plums, berries and clove. Delicious with bacon-wrapped trout!
