A smooth entry leads to a dry-yet-fruity medium-bodied palate with dried harvest fruit and tropical fruit, grilled pepper, and wet stone flavors. Finishes with a long, tongue-warming mineral, white pepper, and grilled citrus fade. A lively and satisfying blanco." (07/06) 100% blue agave from upper Jalisco, distilled in small batches at the NOM 1146 distillery in Tequila and bottled in hand-blown glass bottles. "Plata" means 'silver' in Spanish and this Tequila is 100% unoaked in order to showcase the unique aromas and subtle spice of the blue agave. Enjoy neat, or mix if preferred.
