I just had the chance to try this fantastic pear brandy with distiller Dave Classick. Made out of only mashed whole pears that have been fermented and distilled, the richness as the brandy hits your palate is simple sinful. What glorious weight it has. The brandy is left unfiltered, which gives it delightfully juicy, fresh pear flavors. Very limited production, so don't let this one pass you by. You'll be sorry you missed it!
