It's back! One of our most successful Cavas ever has finally made its return to K&L. Made with the traditional varietals of Xarel-lo, Parellada, Macabeo and a touch of Chardonnay, this partyfresh bubbly spends 12-15 months on its own yeast before disgorgement. Nicely delineated notes of fresh bread dough, apricot, Granny Smith apples and wet stone are ever-apparent here. And yes, the bubbles are tiny. Brut contains 10% Chardonnay in addition to the standard Cava varieties. It has an excellent nose of biscuit, apple, and floral notes leading to a dry, fruity mid-palate.
