A spectacular Soave, from one of the region's stars. Soave, in case you haven't heard, is undergoing a renaissance or sorts. And this wine is a great place to introduce yourself to the type. It's made from predominantly garganega, which is fun to say. Imagine how fun it is to drink... just think of you favorite go to white, quite dry, with wonderful pure citrus and mineral-tinged fruit and a fresh, earthy aroma. Perfect with anything from salads to pasta to picnic fare like chicken salad. Lots of Italian character here, and considerable value, too.
