Scintillating white from Piedmonte, from one of the greats of the region. Alcoholic fermentation occurs in stainless steel. There is no malolactic fermentation, which preserves acidity and freshness in this seafood-friendly wine. The wine is held in stainless steel tanks until bottling, so you can be sure this is very bright, clean and spring pure.
