The wine is a brilliant straw-yellow color with a greenish reflection. The aroma is highly original, full and intense, and reminiscent of grapes themselves with a refreshing hint of grassiness. The taste is dry, full and warm, due to its strength and character. Produced by one of the best cellars in Sardinia, the "Canayli" is distinguished by a refreshing hint of green peppers and a full, warm taste. Obtained in limited qualities from vermentino grapes that grow in the vineyards of the Gallura highlands where the land is poor, coarse and of a granitic nature. Try it with smoked fish!
