Not at all cloying, this grapey but balanced sparkler even goes with food. Juicy peach, pear, raspberry and lime with an added splash of mango, grapefruit and tangerine. Well proportioned with a long finish. Bright, fresh, clean and crisp. An excellent apéritif and very versatile with light to medium flavored dishes, creamy pasta, pork and poultry.
