The I Favati ("The Favati Family") winery represents the culmination of a venerable tradition dating back to the early 1900s, when the family's ancestors began making wine in the traditional way for their own table and for a few close friends. This 2005 Fiano is a wine of great elegance and refinement with an intense aroma that screams Southern Italy and a harmonious flavor that features scents of toasted hazelnuts. Perfect as an aperitif, the wine also makes a fine accompaniment for refined dishes based on seafood.
