On the nose there are citrus flavours coming through the vanilla and banana hints form the time spent in the Bourbon Casks. Very fresh and clean with a cereal or biscuit like character, medium dry with a fruity and spicy finish which has real elegance and charm. Specifications - A marriage of mainly 1st fill Bourbon barrels with some Sherry Hogsheads, distilled 1992, bottled 2008, 16 Years Old. Non chill filtered, no artificial colouring, 46% ABV "as delicious as a doughy Maryland cookie and with some of its attributes; soft vanilla and crisp barley for a long time….this is a must."89 Points.
