Take a walk down memory lane with this wine made by the late, great Jean Paul Valette. No nosense, old school winemaking. This is a very rare wine that should not disappoint wine purists. Pavie-Decesse is situated in the heart of the Côtes sub-district of St-Emilion, with the vineyards being planted on chalky, clay soils. There are 9 hectares planted with Merlot (60%), Cabernet Franc (20%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%).
