Valdobbiadene is one of the best regions for the production of great Prosecco. The Silvano Brut is less sweet than many Proseccos on the market. It has the liviless and energy of the good Prosecco and is balanced out with nice dry finish. Great alone it will go well with chicken, pork or vegetarian dishes.

Now back in stock! For those of you who prefer a drier style of Prosecco, here you go. The Follador is a brut style rather than the more traditional "extra dry", which is a bit sweeter. The sweetness here comes from the ripeness of the fruit rather than any added sugar. Crisp, ripe green apple notes frame a bracingly refreshing mineral core. Serve well chilled. This is a classic aperitif, and a great way to begin a long evening of Italian food and wine. My advice? Buy two bottles, one for your guests to enjoy and one for you to drink in the kitchen as you cook.

My favorite sparkling wine that isn't Champagne! For just under $20 you get the most sophisticated and elegant Prosecco you've ever tasted! Beautiful texture on the mid palate,and almost bone dry, it reveals layers of crisp minerals and mouth-coating bubbles that will leave you in a very pleasurable state.

It's back! Everytime we get a new batch in, it seems to be better than the last. Cool clean and intense, adjectives that you usually don'e use for Prosecco! But this isn't any Prosecco. Get some while we have it!

Its back!!! This is a prefect wine for this time of year. This Prosecco has been K & Lís best sellers since we started bringing it in Four years ago. There is melon and green apple and is crisp and floral on the palate, a long finish and its subtle mousse make this delicious wine a sure bet for your table. This wine will work well as an alternative to Champagne.

All the fruit from in this prosecco is estate grown. The Folladors have decided not to source other fruit and make less wine in order to have complete control over the quality of their fruit. The grape for prosecco is prosecco, which few people seem to know. Fermenation is done in tank, rather than in bottle like champagne, in order to produce large quantities. In 2000, more than 250 million bottles were produced in DOC zone of Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene, which recently was granted DOCG status, the highest quality guarantee a region can have. Because of the industrial-size scale of prosecco production, it was K&Lís goal to find a small hands-on operation to directly import. The Valdobbiadene is located northwest of Venice in the Veneto region.

This is always my favorite prosecco each year and this is definitely my favorite brut prosecco in the store right now. Total production of Silvano Follador (which includes the Cartizze) is only 3600 cases. That means this won't last long. This is a very fragrant prosecco with beautiful texture and elegant fruit on the palate.

This is a truly delicious sparkler. It is crisp, dry, and refreshing, with a beautiful, fine bead of bubbles and rich mousse. The flavors are more in the stone fruit vein, bright and lively, with a defined, underlying minerality that comes forward on the long finish. Much more complex and rewarding than your average prosecco; well worth it for under $20. A great party bubbly!
