Deep aromas of citrus skin, smoke, minerals and spices, with a saline complexity. Ripe on entry, then dense and concentrated but pliant and very smooth. Leads with its strong, clear fruit tones of orange sorbet and lemon. Very ripe, accessible, well-balanced Champagne with excellent lingering fruit. In my tastings in recent years, this has consistently been among the best non-vintage brut bottlings from the major Champagne houses. (11/ 2003)
Laurent Perrier’s NV Brut is an attractive wine laced with ripe pears, apricots, dried flowers and spices. The soft, caressing style is best enjoyed over the next few years. (11/ 2011)

This non-vintage Champagne is composed of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier. It is a very toasty style that is not heavy. From Jancis Robinson: "At the special price offered by Roberson, this may be the best-value grande marque champagne on the UK market. The current cuvée is particularly fresh and zesty.
