This balanced, elegant Champagne is composed of 30% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir and 10% Meunier. The grapes are all from the Gonet family's estate, spread from the southernmost premier cru of Vertus to the valley of the Marne. It is made of 70% 2001 and 30% reserve wine from 2000.
