Smoke and toasted brioche notes ride a lively bead in this well-cut Champagne, layered with pastry cream, poached apple, fresh ginger, honey and yellow plum flavors. Lightly creamy throughout, with a hint of fleur de sel on the finish. Drink now through 2020.

Light yellow. Aromas of white peach and melon, with subtle floral and ginger qualities in the background. Fruity and round, offering citrus-accented pit and tropical fruit flavors and a warm quality on the back half. Finishes smooth, with a lingering suggestion of ginger and good cling.
This is a bright style of Champagne that’s fresh and crisp. It has a strong citrus tang, with notes of green apple and attractive lemon zest. It is fit for an apéritif.
