1996 is considered one of the top vintages for sparkling wine in both the Loire Valley and in Champagne. This wine spent 10 years on the lees before being disgorged and sent over to us. There is very little dosage, the wine is focused and dry with distinctive minerality and Chenin cut. Serve as an classy aperitif along side caviar or smoked trout.
