From the now closed (or mothballed, for those who speak whisky) Lowland distillery, an exquisite 19 year old malt that is as elegant as whisky gets. Citrus aromas linger gently in the glass. The palate starts off with saline notes before gliding into subtle hints of smoke and finishing with supple stone fruit and flowers with heather. The body is full and teases the tongue with a light sweetness before changing into a more rich and velvety texture. This is the best expression of Rosebank we've seen yet, and we won't be seeing many more (if any!).
