Made entirely from estate grown Pinot Noir grown in Vertus, Champagnes southernmost Premier Cru, this wine is macerated all together for maximum varietal flavor. Produced from just one and one half acres (1/3 the size of the Clos de Mesnil) of Pinot Noir within the village itself of Ambonnay there were only 3000 bottles made from 11 tiny 200 liter Krug casks.
